Here’s what you need:
1 package of paneer, usually about 250-300 gms. Usually available at all grocery stores in the dairy aisle (right by the cheese)
1-2 cups of peas which can be frozen or fresh.
3 medium sized tomatoes
Ginger
1-2 Green chillies (or more if you want it even spicier!)
Garlic
1 White onion
Water
Salt
Oil
Turmeric powder or Haldi
Garam Masala (cloves, cinnamon, coriander seeds, black pepper, cashews, cumin seeds)
