Summer has been so busy. I know I have been bad about blogging but now that summer is coming to an end, I will definitely be blogging more often!

End of summer also means it’s time for Fall Fashions!

First up, let’s talk Indian fashion. Lavish Dulhan hosted a summer party to celebrate their upcoming issue and to showcase a preview of Indian designers Shyamal and Bhumika along with JADE. The designers’ collections will finally be available to purchase in Canada (whoot!) which means even more designer access for us Canadians! I got an EXCLUSIVE look at the collection before the show and fell in love with some pieces that I would totally wear. Here are some photos from the event. Okay now it’s time for Western Fall fashions! I got invited to check out the preview of the Fall Collection by EXPRESS. I actually found an awesome new black chain purse. I am patiently waiting for it to arrive but I needed a go-to small black purse that was small enough to wear out for party or dinner but large enough I could actually carry all my essentials. Found the perfect bag there (and the prices are amazing!).
As for clothing, what I absolutely will be rocking will be faux-fur vests (obsessed with those!), sweaters (look for ones with sequins to dress it up a bit), pearls (pair it with a black dress for a classic look) and you MUST have at least one amazing black faux leather jacket to be paired up with knee high black boots. I think it’s so sexy when a girl has a bit of a rocker/biker look and trust me, it’s sooooo comfortable! I actually look forward to fall because I love wearing layers and I love love love boots.
