For today’s GET THE LOOK, I’m wearing this belted striped shirt dress.

The first thing I noticed about this dress was the classic thin stripes. It reminded me of a men’s shirt and I LOVE mixing in men’s fashion pieces with my wardrobe. I think shirt dresses are so sexy, classy, and figure-flattering! It always feels like you’re wearing your boyfriend’s oversized shirt out and ladies, trust me…the moment you wear a men’s item it instantly has a whole new appeal.

This dress comes with a belt so it gives you an hourglass shape and you can tie it loosely or tight depending on what you’re comfortable with.

When I wear this dress, I like to roll up the sleeves to give it that casual look when I’m out running errands but then I add in heels and a clutch and unroll the sleeves to give it a more polished look for a dinner date. I also really like having pieces in my closest that are classic. This dress isn’t dated so I could see me keeping it in my closet for a long time and it’s such an easy dress to throw on when you’re running late and need to get changed fast!
