Some things have a way of coming back in style…

Following in the footsteps of the BSB/NKOTB reunion tour and the rumoured Spice Girls reunion tour, it was just announced that 98 Degrees will hit the road this summer to bring the ‘90s back baby!

Joining them on tour will be fellow ‘90s pop sensations O-Town, Dream, and Ryan Cabrera. Remember them?

This will be the first headlining tour in 3 years for 98 Degrees. The last time they hit the road was when they joined the New Kids on the Block’s sold-out tour The Package in 2013.

Dream was a girl group put together by Puff Daddy/P Diddy and they had some success with their first single “He Loves U Not” in 2000 but by 2003 the group was gone. Last year they announced they were working on a new album. O-Town was another group put together by Puff Daddy/P Diddy and they had a number of hits but they too disappeared by 2003. They reunited in 2013 without former member Ashley Parker Angel and released their latest album in 2014. As for Ryan Cabrera, I remember him as being the ex-boyfriend of Ashlee Simpson and he appeared on her MTV reality show. After making his music debut in 2004, he released a new album in 2015.

I bet you guys can't name any of my songs :(

The 35-city tour, called My2k Tour, will kick off on July 8 in Kansas and wrap up on August 28 in California. Sadly, no Canadian tour dates. Why guys??? You KNOW Canadians loves us some boy bands! Since us Canadians won’t get the tour, let’s relive the ’90s boy band prime by watching one of O-Town’s classic love songs, ‘All or Nothing’. Enjoy!

What do you guys think of this tour? Will it be a success or a flop?
